Here we go!
Been a bit remiss at posting but that’s because although I have a lot in progress there’s nothing ready to post. However, my Christmas break from work started yesterday, and I have a pretty good scheduled lined up:
More Guards of Traitors Toll playtesting - photo at the top of the page was a mission run through last weekend, the one at the bottom is all set for today. These are shaping up really nicely. Graham has been dropping pictures of the new plastics on Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/groups/traitorstoll - and I’ve been getting sneak previews of the bits and bobs, it’s going be a lovely tabletop experience both solo and multiplayer. I’ve also got a few more 3D printed figures on the workbench while I wait for the box sets.
More Defence of Dernland - I’ve been painting up more Gnolls (North Star Frostmark box plastics) and Ivan dropped the stats and special rules for them in the new EKPS rules last night, so that will be the next game in the campaign (and the ongoing playtesting). On the painting front I also have a box of Heavy Orcs (North Star Oathmark) to finish the Orc army, while Reptile army is all set already, so plenty to do there.
Back to the Borderlands - I’ve been so busy with this other stuff that poor Gunnar and the crew of my Five Leagues from the Borderlands campaign have been neglected, I am really looking forward to getting them back on the table as the next few parts of the story include another Delve, the last part of the Quest, and bringing in a bit more from the Paths in the Wilderness expansion.
And all that is just before Christmas! I have an inkling of what’s coming my way on the 25th, and I’ve been toying with a couple of interesting (to me anyway) projects, but more on that on the 26th!
